Castle Leslie Estate Easter Cookery Demonstration in association with The Down Syndrome Centre NE.

Castle Leslie Estate is thrilled to announce that their much-loved Easter Cookery Demonstration is back for 2025! After the success of last year’s event, they are once again hosting a special evening in support of The Down Syndrome Centre NE.  This exciting fun-filled evening of culinary delights will take place on Monday, April 14th, 2025 at 6:30pm in The Castle.

Get ready to be inspired by their talented Executive Head Chef, Aaron Duffy as he showcases his skills and shares his secrets to creating delicious Easter dishes. From traditional favourites to innovative recipes, this cookery demonstration promises to tantalize your taste buds and ignite your passion for cooking.

During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to observe Aaron in action, ask questions, and learn valuable tips and tricks. You’ll also get to sample some of his dishes. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a beginner in the kitchen, this demonstration caters to all levels of expertise.

Not only will you expand your culinary knowledge, but you’ll also be supporting a worthy cause. All proceeds from this event will go to The Down Syndrome Centre NE, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with Down Syndrome and their families.

Demonstration begins at 7.00 pm
