Anyone interested in learning how to make a few nice breads , have a really good lunch made by two professional chefs desserts made by a pastry chef , a few drinks throughout the day and a really good laugh you should come for the craic you definitely won’t walk away disappointed!

Elevate The Plate Workshops is delighted to announce two exceptional one-day bread workshops.
The first workshop ” an introduction to Artisan Breads” is perfect for beginners and novice bakers looking to gain practical skills and a deeper understanding of bread doughs.
The second “Artisan Breads Continued” offers a slightly more advanced experience—ideal for enthusiastic home bakers, passionate cooks, and chefs eager to elevate their bread-making skills.
Both workshops promise a full day of hands-on baking in a fun and welcoming environment. You’ll enjoy a stunning Amalfi-inspired lunch complete with cocktails and wine, and we’ll wrap up the day with a traditional afternoon tea—finished with a touch of prosecco and a relaxed group debrief.
