Get ready for four unforgettable evenings of music, dance, and family fun as the Monaghan Town Country Music Festival returns from Thursday, 17^th Sunday, 20^th July 2025, right in the heart of town at The Diamond. Gates opening from 7.30pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday evening to 11.30pm and from 4pm to 10.30pm on Sunday afternoon.

This multi-generational charity event features a star-studded line-up of Ireland’s top country music acts, and fantastic warm up acts, drawing enthusiastic crowds from near and far to dance in the streets and experience Monaghan’s renowned warm hospitality, lively atmosphere, and unbeatable entertainment.

Friday, 18^th – Jimmy Buckley, on stage from 9.30pm
Saturday, 19^th – Mike Denver, on stage from 9.30pm
Sunday, 20^th – Michael English, on stage from 8.30pm

Adding to the excitement, Cullen’s Fun Fair will also be in town, perfect for families and thrill-seekers young and the not so young!

A festival highlight, the Jiving Competition takes place on Sunday afternoon, 20^th July from 4.30pm, on the bespoke dance floor in front of the main stage, always a crowd favourite, so come early to get the best viewing spot!
