Plein Air Workshops in Rossmore Forest Park

Join Lynsey for a series of Plein Air Workshops this summer in the stunning surroundings in Rossmore Forest Park. Each three hour session will guide you through the unique experience of painting outdoors – immersed in nature and responding to the lights, atmosphere, and shifting elements. You’ll create a piece that captures not just what you see, but how the moment feels. All materials are provided, and the workshop is free. No experience needed – beginners and all levels are warmly welcome.

Workshop dates:
Friday 23rd May – 5:30pm-8:30pm – “May Blooms”. Capture the essence of May flowers and blooming hedgerows in Rossmore Park’s early summer

Saturday 21st June – 7pm-102pm – “Midsummer Sundown”. An evening paint-out to witness the shifting light over Rossmore on the summer solstice.

Sunday 20th July – 9:30am-12:30pm – “Summer Blooms”. Paint the park at its lush peak, surrounded by wildflowers and summer colour.

Friday 1st August – 5:30pm-8:30pm – “Lughnasadh”. Celebrate the beginning of harvest season in a vibrant natural setting.
